To ensure Audits (Quality & EHS) are planned at intervals from PMC/Contractors and get the Audit & compliance reports in place. Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed. Checking the works at site along with drawings and highlight for any deviations etc. Participate in the construction administration of projects for solving queries. Key skills and experience required Should have worked in Tech Park with developers for managing Real estate developments. Should have worked independently in handling Projects of 1 million sft.
