Raise RFI, Obtain Response and Communicate through Project Manager. Witnessing of physical Stock of materials at site on fortnightly. Responsible for monitoring MEP related works at site as per given GFC drawings. Responsible for getting the MEP As built / coordination drawings from all stake holders for Projects. Collating all the required design documentation and drawings at one place in soft and hard formats. Complete document management system implementation for storage, retrieval& archival of documents, drawings and any other records. To ensure Audits (Quality & EHS) are planned at intervals from PMC/Contractors and get the Audit & compliance reports in place. Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed. Checking the works at site along with drawings and highlight for any deviations etc. Participate in the construction administration of projects for solving queries. Key skills and experience required Should have worked in Tech Park with developers for managing Real estate developments. Should have worked independently in handling Projects of 1 million sft. Technology & Process oriented. Should be a Graduate in Electrical Engineering. Should be computer literate and tech savvy.
