The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses during pre-construction and execution phases. Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and municipal regulations. Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial real estate projects. Generate and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material take-offs. Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates. Liaise with procurement to collect vendor/supplier quotations for costing inputs. Prepare and evaluate cost comparison sheets, cost-benefit analyses, and value engineering proposals. Track and update construction cost databases with recent rates and inflation-adjusted pricing. Collaborate with the design, execution, and finance teams to align costs with project budgets. Assist in preparing technical and commercial bids for government or private tenders, if applicable. Participate in site visits for scope verification and to support cost validation during execution. Key Skills Required Expertise in reading and interpreting GFC drawings, tender documents, and construction specs.
