Facility Engineer-MEP

We have openings for MEP Engineers (2 positions)

Job Locations:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review designs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure systems are energy-efficient, sustainable, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using tools like AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction and operation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Ensure all systems meet local and international building codes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, inspections, and approvals.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies for permits and inspections.
• Plan and supervise ongoing maintenance of MEP systems.
• Optimize system performance and energy usage.
• Support retrofitting and renovation projects by evaluating and upgrading existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in MEP engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction processes.
