Project Manager - Villa Community Masterplan Project Delivery

As a Project Manager for large-scale integrated township projects in Jodhpur, your role will involve leading the execution of community-based real estate developments encompassing land development, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercial infrastructure, as well as civil and MEP works. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and cost optimization throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities: - Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules. - Lead and coordinate all site activities involving consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. - Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices. - Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs. - Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations. - Monitor and report project progress and key metrics through high-quality reports and presentations. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet project or organizational requirements. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - 10-12 years of experience in managing large-scale township/community real estate projects - Proficiency in English & Hindi languages Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in real estate developers or PMC firms, with strong exposure to large integrated township projects comprising site developments, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercials, and infrastructure works. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software is essential, along with strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. High efficiency in reporting and presentation is also a key requirement for this position.,
