Project Manager - Villa Community Masterplan Project Delivery

As a Project Manager for large-scale integrated township projects in Jodhpur, your role will involve leading the execution with expertise in community-based real estate developments. This includes land development, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercial infrastructure, as well as civil and MEP works. Your proactive leadership is crucial in ensuring timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and cost optimization throughout all project phases. Key Responsibilities: - Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules. - Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. - Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices. - Implement value engineering to optimize project costs. - Ensure compliance with IS codes and local regulations. - Monitor and report progress and key metrics through high-quality reports and presentations. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management in line with project or organizational needs. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - 10-12 years of experience in large-scale township/community real estate project management - Proficiency in English & Hindi languages Specific Requirements (Project Manager Role): - Proven track record in real estate developers or PMC firms in similar project deliveries. - Strong exposure to large integrated townships projects consisting of site developments, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercials, and infrastructure works. - Expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. - Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High efficiency in reporting and presentation.,
