Job Summary

Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules.
  • Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Enforce strict adherence to

    quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices

    .
  • Implement

    value engineering

    to optimize project costs.
  • Ensure compliance with

    IS codes and local regulations

    .
  • Monitor and report progress and key matric through

    high-quality reports, presentations

    .
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management in line with project or organizational needs.


Specific Requirements (Project Manager Role)

  • Proven track record in

    real estate developers or PMC firms

    in similar project deliveries.
  • Strong exposure to large

    integrated townships projects consisting of site developments

    , villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercials and infrastructure works.
  • Expertise in

    MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software

    .
  • Strong

    leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

    .
  • High efficiency in

    reporting and presentation

    .
