Dear Candidate, We have an opportunity for Construction Manager role for one of our High Rise Residential Project located in Kandivali, Mumbai. Role & responsibilities All construction records, returns and forecasting. Confer regularly with Project Manager and Site Managers to review project progress on an informal basis and within regular meetings Monitor costs of construction at all times and reported in line with contract policy and all opportunities are taken to minimize costs Work closely with Commercial Manager to ensure all aspects of main contract and subcontracts are complied with. Ensure close liaison with Section Managers at all times to optimize use of plant and labor resource. Ensure appropriate training and support is provided for subordinate staff and subcontractors as necessary to achieve best practice in construction techniques Make sure construction is proceeding in accordance with drawings, specs, programm, QA plan and Safety plan Be responsible for construction planning and work methods and for the adequacy of resources employed To plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction program in order to complete the project within the contract period. To provide input into cost control in conjunction with the commercial department and Project Director/Manager in order to manage project cost and risk. Coordinate design deliverables in order to issue to Site Subcontractors areas of program. To determine and monitor work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees in order to ensure compliance with their obligations and the company management plan. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 Years of experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge in structural Engineering to understand the details and drawings. Good in coordination with all discipline and raise the Engineering enquires and get the resolution in time . Good communicator and liaising with various stake holders for timely availability of Engineering details to meet the project schedule . Ensuring timely submission of shop drawings, including all technical submittals and tracking the approval from the relevant stake holders. Should oversee BBS department and ensure timely submission and approval . Should ensure the timely availability of Temporary works design , submission & approval . Should be familiar with local standard and codes requirements . Must have knowledge of Temporary Works, Rebar Management and Document control. Candidate must have experience working with reputed contracting firm preferably in high rise residential and commercial building projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions. Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities. Oversee purchase vendor development, new vendor development, and vendor performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all procurement decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 9-12 years of experience in construction material procurement or related field (high rise building). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction materials, purchase management, purchase vendor development, subcontractor management.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage project execution from site management to real estate construction, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee high rise building projects (60+ floors) using auto climbing systems and other specialized equipment. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during site execution, adhering to industry standards. Monitor progress against milestones and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field, preferably in real estate construction or similar industries and worked with reputed contracting company. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil. Strong understanding of project coordination, execution, and management principles. Proficiency in working at heights (high rise buildings) using specialized equipment like autoclimbers.
Roles and Responsibilities Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site management, including supervising contractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, and monitoring progress against project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process. Develop detailed project reports on time delays, cost overruns, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 12-15 years of experience in building construction or real estate development industry. Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise buildings or large-scale construction projects. Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering required; relevant certifications preferred.
