We are looking to urgently hire dynamic and dedicated Accounts Executives with strong focus on Billing and Recovery to join our growing team. Recovery Executives - 2 Positions Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate outstanding reports (Order-wise/Terms-wise). Follow up on overdue payments via visits, calls, emails, and formal communication. Maintain detailed records of all recovery-related activities. Conduct precise ledger reconciliations. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in Recovery and Accounting. Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Proficient in ERP / Tally ERP 9. 2. Billing Executives - 2 Positions Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients. Verify billing inputs and coordinate with internal teams. Handle customer queries and resolve any billing discrepancies. Maintain comprehensive billing records and reports. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in Billing and Accounting. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Experience working on ERP / Tally ERP 9.
