Job Description

Job Summary:

The Production Executive will support daily production work at the precast plant. This role involves helping manage production activities on the shop floor, coordinating with different teams, following quality and safety rules, and ensuring production targets are met.

Job Responsibilities:

Support daily precast production activities such as mould preparation, steel fixing, concreting, curing, demoulding, and stacking of products.
Ensure work is done as per drawings, mix design, and quality requirements, and coordinate with the QA/QC team during inspections.
Track daily production output, material usage, and manpower, and prepare basic production reports.
Coordinate with batching plant, maintenance, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, maintain housekeeping, and report any issues to seniors.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Civil
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in precast, RMC, or construction projects
Willing to work in a plant environment and shifts if required

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of precast or concrete production
Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Good coordination and communication skills
Responsible and safety-focused attitude
