Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1) Manage and control all documentation related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies, procedures, manuals, and records.

2) Coordinate activities related to the implementation and maintenance of IMS across departments and teams within the organization.

3) Assist in the implementation of IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) within the organization, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

4) Coordinate training sessions related to IMS and other relevant topics for employees within the organization.

5) Assist in maintaining and improving the quality management system (QMS) as per ISO 9001 standards.

6) Support the implementation and maintenance of environmental management system (EMS) as per ISO 14001 standards.

7) Assist in implementing and maintaining the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) as per ISO 45001 standards.

8) Proven experience in document control, coordination, and implementation of IMS.

9) Ability to coordinate plant trainings related to IMS and other relevant topics.
