Role & responsibilities: You shall be responsible for product sourcing, costing, vendor development, purchase of civil materials, placement of contracts, generating purchase order, work order, maintain vendor database and obtaining quotations from vendors. Preferred candidate profile: Civil Engineering qualification (BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil) Experience in: Civil engineering activities Material procurement and purchase management Contracting and work order handling Vendor development & vendor management Rate analysis and negotiation Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate / construction environment Freshers with civil qualifications can also apply
