1. To Review tender documents and provide comments.
2. Reviewing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both internal policies and external legal requirements.
3. Identifying and addressing potential risks and liabilities in contracts.
4. To Shortlist contractors based on qualification, past experience and financial standing, conducting joint meeting with short listed contractors and the client for final selection by the client.
5. To Prepare tender document for various works packages required for execution of works
6. To Prepare tender technical analysis report and give recommendation.
7. To Administer change control procedures and provide recommendation.
8. To Review basic price material rates received from contractors and recommendation in coordination with taking quantities from drawing for Civil and Services works.
9. To Review Bill of Quantities and work orders.
10. To review and Prepare potential variation order and EoT.
11. Issue letters to contractors on non-conformance and contractual related issues.
12. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
13. Handling and resolving disputes that arise from contract issues, including breaches or misunderstandings.
B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years experience in a Real Estate or Construction company.
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 7–10 years’ experience in a Real Estate or Construction company.
