As a Marketing Lead at Sberbank India in Delhi, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives. One of your main responsibilities will be to support the sales team by creating impactful presentations, developing collaterals, and coordinating business events. Additionally, you will lead financial planning for marketing initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with procurement, product, sales, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Monitoring and adjusting strategies based on campaign effectiveness measured through KPIs will also be a crucial part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Hands-on experience in event marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition is essential, along with a good understanding of financial products and services. Proficiency in process optimization, automation, and workflow efficiency in marketing operations is desired. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are also required.
