Job Description

As a Training and Development Manager - Partner Programs, you will play a crucial role in spearheading the onboarding, training, and development of Authorized Partners joining our firm. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing a seamless onboarding and training system that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Develop Onboarding and Training Processes: - Create a structured onboarding journey for new Authorized Partners, ensuring comprehensive, engaging, and effective training materials. - Implement a system that includes online and offline training modules using a mix of recorded, live, and self-paced methods. - Build and Manage a Training Platform: - Design a comprehensive training platform integrating various modules such as industry knowledge, compliance, technical skills, and sales strategies. - Coordinate online (live and recorded) and offline training sessions, making them accessible, scalable, and tailored to diverse learning needs. - Collaborate with External Institutes and Vendors: - Establish partnerships with training institutes, certification bodies, and vendors to offer value-added training modules. - Regularly update external training materials to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with In-House Teams: - Work closely with internal teams to create in-house training content, including videos, webinars, and training sessions. - Ensure all in-house training materials are current, accurate, and align with company branding. - Content Development for Marketing and Business Development: - Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create engaging content for reaching new aspirants. - Develop content that highlights the benefits of partnering with the firm and drives recruitment initiatives. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting: - Track and monitor training program success through feedback, assessments, and KPIs. - Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the training system to senior management. In addition to your role responsibilities, your key qualifications should include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Learning & Development, Finance, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Partner Management, preferably within financial services or stockbroking industry. - Experience in creating and managing training programs, project management skills, strong communication, and familiarity with stockbroking regulations.
