Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relation and Engagement: Foster positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture. · Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

2.Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems. · Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and facilitate career development. · Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.

3. Training and Development: Identify training needs and design or coordinate training programs. · Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and skill development. · Support employees in their professional development goals.
