Training and Development Manager

As a Training & Development Manager at Chemist Box Private Limited, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth and development of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to our retail staff. By providing engaging and interactive training sessions, you will ensure that our employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve collaborating with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and customize training plans accordingly. Additionally, you will conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to enhance their performance. It will be essential for you to assess learner needs and tailor training to meet those requirements effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging and motivating learners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools will be beneficial. Your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback will be essential to make necessary adjustments for improved outcomes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and updating training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience in retail training and as a warehouse trainer will be advantageous for this position.
