Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities · Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower. · Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals · Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and out bound logistics operations · Resolve any delivery related complaint, issues quickly and effectively. · Maintain the security of warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage · Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Hub Operations: 4 years (Preferred) Mother Hub: 4 years (Preferred) Line haul: 4 years (Preferred) Route Connectivity: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
