Training and Development Manager

• Needs Assessment:Identify training needs for sales, service, and technical staff through surveys and collaboration with management.
• Program Development:Design, develop, and customize training materials and modules, often implementing those provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• Training Delivery:Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service procedures.
• Technical & Product Expertise:Train staff on the specific features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs) of vehicles, including new technologies.
• Training Effectiveness:Evaluate the success of training programs by assessing trainee learning and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Industry Knowledge:Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and statutory compliance matters.
• Sales & Service Support:Support sales and service teams in meeting sales targets, improving customer communication, and providing hands-on assistance when needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
