Job Description

Client relationship management: Nurture and grow relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Sales and revenue goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
Client needs analysis: Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
Internal collaboration: Work with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare reports on account performance, analyze data, and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Problem-solving: Address client issues, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
