Location: Barhi, Sonipat, Haryana
Department: Human Resources – L&D
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Training & Development (Textiles/Manufacturing preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Training & Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, designing training modules, and implementing learning initiatives to upskill employees across different functions. The role demands a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, people development, and structured training methodologies to enhance organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs by consulting with managers and conducting employee surveys.
  • Design, implement, and monitor training programs for staff at all levels.
  • Create training calendars and ensure execution within timelines.
  • Develop and deliver soft skills, technical, and functional training modules.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design role-specific training.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance, and productivity improvements.
  • Maintain records of training activities, budgets, and employee progress.
  • Support induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Explore partnerships with external trainers and institutes when required.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and skill enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Training & Development, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in L&D or Training (manufacturing/textiles preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
