Training and Development Manager

As an experienced Training & Development Manager at our company, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills, drive performance, and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals. - Identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs for employees across all levels. - Design and deliver onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires. - Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific learning paths. - Implement digital learning solutions, including e-learning platforms and LMS tools. - Organize leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within the organization. - Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. - Stay updated with industry trends and recommend best practices for talent development. - Manage budgets and resources for training initiatives. - Lead a team of trainers and external facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 4 years in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management. - Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning methodologies. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to assess training needs and measure training ROI effectively. - Experience in managing large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced organization.,
