Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for evaluating project costs, preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), and managing budgets at all project stages. Daily responsibilities include cost planning, analyzing tenders and contracts, overseeing expenditure, preparing cost reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects align with financial objectives.

Qualifications

Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency in projects
Proficiency in preparation and evaluation of BOQs and related documentation
Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to keep project stakeholders informed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with construction, interior design, or architecture industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
