Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client billing, Subcontractor billing.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed bid proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement, legal, and finance) to gather inputs for bid preparation.
Ensure timely submission of tenders with all required documentation and compliance to client requirements.
Able to extract Qty's based on available drawings & specifications.
Needs to coordinate with sub contractors for obtaining quotations.
Needs to coordinate with client / consultant based on requirement.
Preparing and Maintaining Daily Progress Report.
Preparing BOQ for Non BOQ Items.
Preparing BBS for approved drawings.
Preparing Monthly information schedule for the client.

Experience candidates worked in Govt. Projects - Buildings/Airports/ Railways will have an added advantage.
