Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle budgeting, cost planning, and ensure projects are completed efficiently within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and engineering drawings and prepare quantity estimates.
• Evaluate material, labor, and maintenance costs to ensure cost efficiency.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for the best pricing and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed project reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Track budgets, prepare Gantt charts, and monitor project progress.
• Maintain accurate department-wise accounts and ensure cost control.
• Record design changes and adjust project budgets as required.
• Ensure execution of projects as per approved designs and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate between office and project locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and contracts.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
