As a Senior Front-End Engineer for our digital products, you will utilize your expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end ecosystems to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing UI architectures. Your role will involve collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences across platforms and browsers, contributing to technical excellence and business impact. You will play a key role in guiding architecture decisions and mentoring cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include architecting and building modular, high-performance UIs using React.js and Next.js, leading front-end application architecture with micro-frontend patterns, implementing scalable state management, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and maintaining security best practices. Additionally, you will deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI following WCAG 2.1 guidelines, conduct performance audits, own the QA process, collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, and participate in design reviews and sprint planning. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, strong architectural understanding, experience with state management tools, and familiarity with accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles. You should also be proficient in Git workflows, testing practices, modern IDEs, and cross-functional collaboration tools.
