Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Engineer to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submissions for interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of materials, and coordination with design and project teams to ensure competitive and compliant tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications for interior fit-out projects.
  • Prepare detailed

    Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

    , material take-offs, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to validate quantities and specifications.
  • Liaise with vendors/subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Assist in value engineering by suggesting cost-saving alternatives.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and codes.
  • Support senior management in tender clarifications and negotiations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    interior fit-out materials, finishes, MEP quantities, and joinery

    .
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and tender requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in estimation/BOQ preparation in interior fit-out.

Job Title 2: Tender Executive – Tender Documentation & Submission (Interior Fit-Out)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage the complete process of tender documentation and submission for interior fit-out projects. The role involves preparing technical and commercial documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender notices and identify relevant opportunities.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit

    tender documents

    (technical & commercial).
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to gather required inputs.
  • Maintain a database of tender documents, clarifications, and submissions.
  • Ensure that all documents comply with client/authority requirements.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission (online & offline).
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government/private portals for tender-related queries.
  • Assist in post-tender follow-ups and clarifications.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with tender portals and e-procurement systems.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF handling).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in tender documentation/submission (freshers can also apply).
