Job Summary
The Contingent Sourcing Administrative Analyst will provide administrative logistical and analytical support to the contingent category management team. This role helps streamline the end-to-end process of sourcing and procurement while coordinating with HR and IT Teams to provide a welcoming (and efficient) onboarding experience for contingent workers and Docusign business partners.
Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination of the contingent lifecycle for temporary labor from initial consultation meetings with internal business owners intake meetings with suppliers coordinating interviews SoW preparation coordinating PR/VEN (P2P BPO) onboarding and eventually off-boarding (HR and IT Teams).
Help manage day-to-day communication with external staffing agencies and suppliers to track progress and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between business managers and contingent candidates.
Provide support for the candidate screening process including organizing resumes and tracking candidate qualifications.
Coordinate with the People Team to ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) has accurate data from a procurement perspective (as applicable).
Assist with reporting and analysis of key sourcing metrics including SLAs and cost savings/cost avoidance.
Serve as a main point of contact for internal business managers and day to day management with Docusign staffing partners fielding inquiries and ensuring they are up-to-date on key dates and contingent needs (as applicable).
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for contingent workers ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Help Contingent Category Sourcing Team research and identify new sourcing opportunities and suppliers (as applicable).
