Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and implement corrective action plans where needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams Sales, Design, Accounts, On-boarding, Registration, LFC to ensure smooth and timely customer support.
Drive operational excellence by improving processes and ensuring timely query resolution.
Plan and deliver WOW moments throughout the customer journey relationship calls, payment guidance, SDR processes, registrations, and more.
Analyze customer feedback, anticipate needs, and implement service improvements.
Support and guide the team on professional and courteous collections of due payments.
Present MIS reports and performance updates to senior management on a regular basis.
Strong people management experience with a proven track record of leading service teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, BFSI, or any customer-centric industry is preferred.
