Test Lead - Workday

Job Overview As a Workday HCM Core resource at QualiZeal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our Workday HCM Core module. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, validate software functionality, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes. Responsibilities: Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability. Report and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems and work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Stay updated on Workday HCM platform updates, new features, and best practices in Workday testing to incorporate relevant advancements into the testing approach. Qualifications: Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and configuration. Payroll module experience is a must. Experience with Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) is highly desirable. Proficiency in Workday reporting and data validation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
