About the Role:

Insurance Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell insurance products (life, health, general, or other insurance types) to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives within set timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and renewals.
  • Ensure timely completion of applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide post-sales support and address client queries effectively.
  • Stay updated with insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in insurance sales/financial products sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
