Maintain accurate logs and records related to shipment tracking, delivery times, and inventory movement. Manage returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics. Utilize logistics IT systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
Key Responsibilities: Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch . Conduct user research , interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Maintain and contribute to design systems , ensuring consistency across products. Translate user insights into engaging UI solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction.
