Branch Manager

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive

  enhancement of deposit pool

  from customers through acquisition and deepening of relationships.
• Establish high

  service delivery standards

  and ensure superior customer experience.
• Achieve

  liability sales targets

  by promoting Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and Recurring Deposits.
• Cross-sell

  non-deposit products

  such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products to maximize branch profitability.
• Generate

  fee-based income

  by leveraging customer relationships.
• Manage

  branch administration

  , regulatory compliance, and adherence to RBI guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and enhance

  productivity and morale

  of branch team members.
• Drive branch

  P&L performance

  , ensuring break-even and profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:

  Overall 4 to 9 years in banking, with at least 3 to 4 years in

  Retail Liabilities

  .

• Education:

  MBA / CA / CAIIB (preferred).
• Strong

  sales exposure

  in liabilities and proven track record in deposit mobilization.
• Excellent

  leadership skills

  with ability to manage and develop teams.
• In-depth understanding of

  financial instruments, markets, and economic processes

  .
• Strong ability to drive

  customer delight

  and relationship management.
• Proven capability in

  liaising with product, marketing, and vertical teams

  for product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives.
