Job Description: As a Branch Manager at our company located in Thiruvananthapuram, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the branch operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in Gold Loan is preferred - Demonstrating strong leadership skills to drive business growth and achieve monthly sales targets - Improving the overall business performance of the company - Building and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring excellent customer service - Taking ownership of branch objectives and providing supervision to branch staff In addition to the above, you will be entitled to the following benefits: - Health insurance - Life insurance - Provident Fund The work schedule for this position is a day shift with fixed timings, and you will also be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
