Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Develop strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, transportation companies, and freight forwarders.
Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery times, transportation costs, warehouse productivity, etc.) and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with all transportation, customs, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, procurement, production) to align supply chain goals.
Lead and train logistics team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Maintain accurate logs and records related to shipment tracking, delivery times, and inventory movement.
Manage returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics.
Utilize logistics IT systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
