Job Description

Job Title:

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

Operate and oversee Molding machines used in fabrication processes.
Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct Molding output.
Conduct setup, calibration, and adjustment of machines for optimal performance.
Perform regular inspections, digital measurements, and quality checks of fabricated parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues in Molding processes.
Train, guide, and support junior operators to enhance productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards.
Maintain production logs, machine records, and report deviations to management.

Qualifications & Experience

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Fabrication or relevant trade.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Molding operations within fabrication or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Molding machines, tools, and digital measurement instruments.
