Job Description

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, and in-branch interactions.
Provide accurate information on banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while assisting customers.
Manage customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution.
Support in account opening, transaction processing, KYC verification, and documentation.
Assist in cross-selling and upselling of banking products such as loans, credit cards, deposits, and digital banking solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, sales) to resolve customer issues smoothly.
Generate service reports and update records in CRM/Banking systems.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
banking operations, customer service processes, and regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, etc.)
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software/CRM tools.
Customer-oriented approach with strong relationship management skills.
