Position Overview

Assist the Agency Development Manager in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
Support agents in generating leads and promoting life insurance products.
Participate in client meetings to understand customer needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
Track sales activities, maintain records, and prepare weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Learn and apply compliance standards and company guidelines in all sales activities.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Selfmotivated, eager to learn, and resultsoriented.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Currently pursuing graduation/postgraduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
Interest in financial services, insurance, or sales.
Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage.

Internship Duration

6 months (extendable based on performance and business needs).
