Role involves supporting Hospitals for queries relating to Cashless Claims, Portal Utilization, Payment Updates, etc., and performance analysis of Hospitals What is the primary KRA* (Scope of Work) Increase adoption of Digit First at Hospital Expand In-House Network Coverage of Hospitals Pricing control Negotiate costing with the hospitals Support Hospitals on queries relating to Cashless Claims, Portal Assistance & Data requests Lead the end-to-end empanelment process of hospitals and clinics.
