Understand our internal processes thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks
Continuous evaluation of processes to reduce cost per transaction through process improvements, automation, or outsourcing
Ensure timely and accurate application and accounting of loan installments/receivables collected from customers with appropriate MIS for non resolved entries and their timely resolution
Work closely with our technology team to make sure all the operational aspects of business are functioning smoothly
Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
Help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be
Own MIS reporting for all teams and publish daily reports
Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders
Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
Work with audit (internal and external) teams to ensure adherence to SOPs
