Territory Sales Incharge

Job description Role & responsibilities Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard new merchants for EDC/POS terminals in the assigned area. Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and partnerships. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Drive deployment and activation of EDC terminals among newly acquired merchants. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to drive retention and increased transaction volume. Resolve merchant issues and coordinate with internal teams for support. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to management to refine product and sales strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant data, and pipeline reports. Submit daily/weekly reports to the Area Sales Manager.
