As a Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) for QR Business, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Handle and drive the sales team for the assigned territory - Ensure the achievement of monthly sales and productivity targets - Conduct market visits and motivate the team on a daily basis - Focus on merchant acquisition and retention - Track data, prepare reports, and review team performance - Coordinate with management for the execution of sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales management - Strong leadership and motivational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Knowledge of the local market and industry trends Please note that the package for this position is 6 LPA with a 20% variable component, and the minimum team size is 10.
