Territory Sales Incharge

* Manage and expand business across the southern Kerala region (Trivandrum and Kollam).

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.

* Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners to ensure availability and visibility of products.

* Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

* Implement promotional schemes, product launches, and local marketing activities.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline across the network.

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute brand visibility and merchandising activities.

* Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and performance.

* Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, stock status, and competitor analysis.

* Identify new business opportunities and potential market gaps to strengthen territory presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹216,000.00 per year
