Position:

Qualification:

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and basic data analysis

Job Knowledge & Skills:

12 years of prior sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and achieve budgeted sales in the assigned area
Identify new business opportunities
Plan, initiate, and monitor market activities, sales promotions, and competitor analysis
Prospect, identify, and appoint Channel Partners
Promote the full range of products among Channel Partners to achieve budgeted volumes
Oversee Channel Partners operations
Manage relationships with OEM dealers and service teams
Generate business through new market development and sustain existing markets
Achieve targeted primary and secondary sales in coordination with Channel Partners
Supervise DSRs
Ensure proper implementation of ongoing schemes for dealers and mechanics
Identify and appoint new Channel Partners

Preferred:

Knowledge of the local language
Candidate residing locally or nearby

Key Behavioural Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Team management
