Sound knowledge and experience of local and nearby upcountry markets. Good communication and negotiation skills. Role & responsibilities Forecast (MCG Region) - Distributor will consolidate & Finalize with GM, in same hand RLM check it with inventory at depot, GM will send to HO as per regular practice. Weekly Indent (MCG Region) - Distributor will consolidate & send it to RLM. Daily Dispatch, Co-ordinate with SO, ASM, RSM, GM, CFA for clearing the orders & dispatch. Checking RTGS/ NEFT payment & clearance of orders & dispatch. Daily Sales Reporting/ Day End Depot wise billing report. New Distributor & SS Appointment procedure, formalities & follow-up with HO Accounts/ SAP for creating of code. Co-ordination with IT for various issues related to CFA billing errors/ schemes not reflecting. GRN procedures & updating with concern approval & follow-up for the same. Preparation of Monthly Sales Report. Preparation of Monthly Forecast - Weekly indenting in consultation with GM/RSM. Checking TP - Quarterly from system. Tracking & maintaining status of various schemes operated in MCG Region with pending scheme. Updating to seniors as & when required. Entering POP & Gift requisition into system. Month end closing activity.

Sales Plan: Primary & secondary sales planning to optimize sales and ensuring no stock out. Sales Forecasting: Assess market demand, inventory management and promotion planning to ensure accurate sales forecasting. Market coverage: maximize distribution coverage of the entire territory through ISR / Sales representative. Promotions: Local Promotions planning and implementation optimize trade promo inputs. Training & Development: Impart training to sales staff On product knowledge, market coverage, company plans and objective. Competitive information: Tracking and analyze competitors actions and timely reporting. Understand & making the process of making distribution/super/cfa claims as per process/company norms. Ensuring the preparing of beat coverage/from distributor/retail coverage through ISR/self local market knowledge. Reports & Records: as per company norms. Any other assignment given by management from time to time. As per company's requirement. Preferred candidate profile: Should have good communication. Should have experience from FMCG Company.
