About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager HR & Admin with 18 to 20 years of experience to lead Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate must have a strategic mindset, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide strategic HR consulting to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.Lead organizational change management initiatives, fostering a positive work culture.Talent Acquisition and Management:Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.Build succession planning strategies.Develop and implement employee retention programs that align with business goals.Performance Management and DevelopmentImplement and manage a robust performance management system to enhance employee performance and development.Create learning and development programs to support employee career growth and upskilling.Ensure regular performance reviews and feedback mechanisms are effectively utilized.Employee Relations and Engagement:Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Act as an advocate for employees, ensuring a healthy and productive workplace environment.Compensation and Benefits Management:Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure alignment of rewards and recognition programs with business objectives.Regularly benchmark compensation against industry standards to remain competitive.Compliance and Legal:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations and employment laws.Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements and best practices.Lead internal HR audits and handle any external regulatory audits or investigations.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):Develop and implement DEI strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.Collaborate with leadership to ensure that diversity initiatives are embedded within all HR functions.HR Analytics & Reporting:Use HR data and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends and drive informed decision-making.Administrative Operations:Oversee all administrative functions including event management, office management, facility management, vendor coordination, and resource planning to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors/ masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (masters degree preferred).HR certification (e.g., SHRM, XLRI or IIM) is added advantage.Proven experience of 18 to 20 years in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.Deep understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance requirements.Experience in designing and implementing strategic HR programs, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
