Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process for our UPVC doors and windows manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, and ensuring timely submission as per the requirements of both government and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suitable tenders on government and private e-tendering portals (GeM, CPP, etc.)

Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents within given deadlines

Coordinate with production, accounts, and purchase teams to collect relevant data for tenders

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate submission

Maintain all tender-related documentation and records in an organized manner

Handle pre-bid and post-bid queries effectively

Prepare BOQ, quotations, and cost estimation as per project requirements

Track tender results and follow up for updates with clients or departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and government tender norms

Assist in client communication and documentation for ongoing and awarded projects

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of e-tendering processes and portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel

Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic accounts

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

Time management and multitasking skills

Knowledge of uPVC products and industry standards will be an added advantage
