Tender Executive

  Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tendering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background with 3 to 5 years of experience in bidding for MSEDCL (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) tenders or equivalent state electricity boards in India.   Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Analyze tender documents, identify technical and commercial requirements, and ensure compliance with tender specifications. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for tenders based on project requirements, market trends, and vendor quotations. Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement, design, and project management, to gather necessary inputs for tender submission. Documentation: Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive tender documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and supporting documentation, within deadlines. Vendor and Client Communication: Coordinate with vendors and clients to clarify queries and negotiate terms. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the government tendering space. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and statutory requirements throughout the tendering process. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bidding for MSEDCL tenders or equivalent state electricity boards in India. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, government tendering processes, and project cost estimation. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tendering software/tools. Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing tender documents. Availability: Willingness to work full-time on-site. Why Join Us?
