Telesales Team Lead

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of telesales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day telesales operations, driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor team performance through KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rate, lead quality). Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with management. Ensure team members follow scripts, compliance standards, and company policies. Coordinate with the marketing and sales support teams to ensure lead flow and campaign effectiveness. Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed targets consistently. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, with at least 4-5 years in a team lead position. Strong knowledge of telesales techniques and CRM software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
