Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Team Lead located in New Delhi. The Telesales Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and leading the telesales team, designing and implementing effective telesales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role involves collaboration with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
