Our mission is to empower investors by providing expert guidance, cutting-edge platforms, and robust market insights. --- ## **Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team and drive client acquisition for our stock market products and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of equity markets, proven sales leadership skills, and a strong network of potential investors and partners. --- ## **Key Responsibilities:** * **Client Acquisition:** Drive new customer acquisition for equity trading accounts, mutual funds, PMS, and other financial products. * **Team Leadership:** Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to achieve sales targets. * **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute strategies to increase client base and wallet share. * **Partnerships:** Build and manage relationships with HNIs, retail clients, and financial influencers (e.g. sub-brokers, IFAs). * **Revenue Generation:** Ensure consistent growth in brokerage revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management). * **Market Insights:** Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to guide the team effectively. * **CRM Management:** Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and client interactions. --- ## **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred. * 4–8 years of sales experience in stock broking, financial advisory, or investment services. * Strong knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, and financial products. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * NISM certifications (Series VII – Equity Derivatives, Series V-A – Mutual Fund) preferred or must be obtained within joining. --- ## **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets * Brokerage revenue and AUM growth * Team productivity and performance metrics * Client retention and satisfaction --- ## **Perks and Benefits:** * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives * Health insurance and retirement benefits * Professional development support (e.g., NISM certifications) * Opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing financial firms
